Police officers from the North Charleston Police Department were patrolling the EconoLodge hotel area due to rising drug-related activities. While keeping watch, they noticed a car parked and running in the hotel’s parking lot. When they approached the vehicle, they found 25-year-old Anisah Brown inside.
