A tragic road rage incident in Riviera Beach has led to a murder charge after a FedEx driver was shot and killed following a confrontation.

Police say Tyler Vidro has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of Nathaniel Padgett on April 16.
According to investigators:

- Vidro allegedly followed Padgett to a FedEx facility
- The confrontation escalated quickly into violence

Authorities say Padgett was working and driving a delivery truck when the situation started.
Police allege that:
- Vidro tried to provoke a confrontation while driving alongside the truck
- He followed Padgett to a restricted FedEx property
- He waited for Padgett outside the facility
When Padgett attempted to leave the area, investigators say Vidro continued to pursue him.

- Padgett tried to disengage and leave the situation
- He later picked up a concrete block while speaking to Vidro
- Gunshots were then heard shortly after
Investigators stated there was no clear evidence that Padgett used the block in a threatening way.
Victim’s Condition and Death
Padgett was shot multiple times and initially survived but was in critical condition.
He was taken to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
