North Charleston police are looking for a suspect in the Wednesday convenience store shooting.

The North Charleston Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with a shooting at a convenience store Wednesday afternoon.

David Allen Tisdal, 42, is facing charges of aggravated breach of peace, felony possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a violent offense.

Shooting on Otranto Road

Police responded shortly after 2:30 p.m. to reports of gunfire at the Scotchman convenience store on Otranto Road in North Charleston.

Authorities said no gunshot victims have been identified, but there was property damage reported inside the store.

How to Submit Information

Investigators are urging anyone with information about Tisdal’s whereabouts to submit a tip through the Crimewatch app. Tips can be provided anonymously.

Police are also encouraging Tisdal to turn himself in to any local law enforcement agency as the search continues.
