Robbins allegedly failed to yield to oncoming traffic
His vehicle was struck by a westbound car driven by Jaclyn Gillenwater, 27, of Hartford
Injuries and Medical Response
Robbins’ passenger, Tammy Robbins, 64, also of Dowagiac, suffered injuries in the crash. She was treated at the scene and then transported by SMCAS Ambulance to Beacon Dowagiac Hospital. The extent of her injuries has not yet been released.
