Temperatures on the Rise
According to forecasters, Dallas-Fort Worth will see highs in the mid-80s on Monday and Tuesday before climbing to 90° on Wednesday. The low 90s will stick around through Friday. Waco, Temple, and Killeen will follow a similar pattern, starting in the upper 80s before reaching the low 90s by midweek. Sherman and Denison will be slightly cooler, topping out in the upper 80s to near 90° by Friday.
No Relief for Parched Ground
With the dry stretch continuing, there will be no relief for the parched ground or late-summer allergies. Residents are urged to stay hydrated and limit strenuous outdoor activity during peak afternoon heat. Outdoor workers and road crews should prepare for hotter conditions as the week progresses.
