The search for a missing Hollywood man suffering from severe dementia continues, according to the sheriff's office.

Authorities in Charleston County are set to resume their search Thursday morning for 82-year-old David Graham, a Hollywood man described as suffering from severe dementia. Graham was last seen around noon Monday after walking away from his home on Dixie Plantation Road.

Roughly two dozen deputies patrolled the area overnight Wednesday, with coordinated search efforts scheduled to begin again at 6 a.m.

Multiple Units Assisting in Extensive Search Effort

The sheriff’s office has deployed significant resources in the ongoing search, including drones, K9 teams and the criminal investigations division. Officials are also receiving assistance from search and rescue crews, emergency management personnel and mounted officers from a city police department to help canvass the area thoroughly.

Residents nearby have been urged to check their yards, sheds and outbuildings, and to review doorbell camera footage for any sign of Graham.

Description and Contact Information

Graham was last seen wearing a green shirt and khaki pants. He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds, with brown eyes. Authorities consider him endangered due to his medical condition.

Anyone who sees Graham or has information about his whereabouts is urged to call the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office at 843-202-1700 or Consolidated Dispatch at 843-743-7200.
