North Charleston police are investigating bullets fired during a domestic quarrel

North Charleston, South Carolina – Two persons were detained Tuesday night for allegedly shooting into an occupied vehicle after a domestic quarrel, according to the North Charleston Police Department.

Around 11 p.m., police from the department’s Patrol Central Nights Team responded to the Circle K on Dorchester Road and Scarsdale.

When police came, the woman informed them that she was arguing with her unborn child’s father when he attempted to assault her with a gun and fired a shot into the air.

The culprit then exited the passenger side of a car at the gas station and shot several rounds at the victim’s vehicle, but she was unharmed.

Officers in North Charleston discovered the guy and his alleged accomplice at a nearby home and apprehended them.

Maurice Wilson, 44, is charged with attempted murder and carrying a handgun during a violent offense.

Desiree Davis, 28, who reportedly drove the vehicle Wilson was in, has been charged with attempted murder.
