He is among the greatest entertainers of all time. Michael Jackson’s one-of-a-kind creativity is now on display in North Charleston with MJ, the multiple Tony Award®-winning musical about the 1992 Dangerous World Tour. Created by Tony Award®-winning director/choreographer Christopher Wheeldon and two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage, MJ goes beyond the star’s signature moves and sound, providing a rare glimpse into the creative mind and collaborative spirit that propelled Michael Jackson to legendary status.
The musical has delighted over 5 million people worldwide on Broadway, in North America, London’s West End, Hamburg, and Sydney—and now it’s “startin’ somethin'” in the Lowcountry.
