Sweat it out: Attend this free yoga session at Mount Pleasant Towne Centre

Mount Pleasant, South Carolina – On Wednesday evenings at Mount Pleasant Towne Center, there will be a free outdoor yoga series.

The SWEAT Fitness Series welcomes people of all fitness levels to bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a willingness to sweat on Wednesday, September 17, at 6 p.m.

Billie Walls and Amanda Oberhaus of The Sweat Collective will host the workshop.

“This free event series is intended to help you revitalize your body and mind as we celebrate fall in the Lowcountry. “Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or just starting out, our sessions cater to all levels,” according to the event page.

The class will be conducted in The Oaks, which is across from Barnes & Noble in Mount Pleasant Towne Center.

There will be one more lesson in this September series, on September 24 with Kim Markin of Modern Minds.
