Trident United Way is hosting a special Pathways to Empowerment seminar on July 19 aimed at empowering youth by connecting them with successful leaders who will inspire them to dream big and unlock their full potential.

The Pathways to Empowerment seminar will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, at SouthState Bank (2430 Mall Drive, North Charleston). This free event will bring together local youth and influential leaders to share their personal journeys of resilience, leadership, and success.
What to Expect
The seminar will feature a panel of highly accomplished individuals, including Rachel Brown, Sonia Hanson, Sherrika Myers, and News 2’s Octavia Mitchell. They will share their stories through interactive sessions and storytelling, offering valuable insights into overcoming obstacles, achieving success, and reaching for one’s dreams.
The event will be moderated by Dr. Tamara T. Butler from The Avery Research Center.
