Dorchester County, South Carolina — A drive-thru food distribution event is planned for Saturday morning in Ladson.
Dorchester School District 2 officials stated those in need of assistance can come to Oakbrook Elementary School from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (while supplies last) to obtain nutritional products for free.
This is a drive-thru event, and attendees are asked to remain in their automobiles.
The distribution is a collaboration between Lowcountry Food Bank, Riverbluff Church, and Lowcountry CARES, with funding from Food Lion FEEDS.
Oakbrook Elementary School is located at 306 Old Fort Drive, Ladson.
