Summerville, S.C. – A fire broke out Monday night at a Summerville retirement facility, but fortunately, no injuries were reported.
Summerville Fire and Rescue crews responded quickly to the Presbyterian Home, where they found flames on the side of the maintenance shop.
Quick Response from Fire Crews
Firefighters began rapid searches and firefighting operations to contain and extinguish the flames, preventing it from spreading further. The fire was under control within 16 minutes, according to officials.

Thankfully, there were no reported injuries, but the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
