Seacoast Church in Summerville and Holy City Missions in North Charleston are opening warming centers tonight and tomorrow amid dropping Lowcountry temperatures. These shelters provide essential services like meals, showers, and safe overnight stays for those without heat or facing homelessness.​

The center at 301 East 5th North Street opens 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. both nights, with entry at the back door on Gum Street. It welcomes men, women, families, and coordinates pet accommodations via Sheltered Paws.​
