Lowcountry, South Carolina — The Charleston Animal Society is partnering with Joye Law Firm and Adams Outdoor to promote responsible pet ownership through the Charleston Paw Project Spay/Neuter Giveaway.

This initiative will cover the cost of spaying or neutering 150 pets, allowing pet owners throughout the Lowcountry to provide necessary care for their furry companions.

This spay or neuter event will also help the Charleston Animal Society achieve its goal of reducing pet overpopulation while also improving the animals’ long-term health.

“I’m proud to be a part of this initiative to support responsible pet ownership,” said William Asche, a Joye Law Firm attorney and Charleston Animal Society Board Member. “Spaying and neutering are essential steps in preventing pet overpopulation and ensuring a better quality of life for animals in our community.”

To enter for a free spay or neuter, South Carolina pet owners can visit the Charleston Paw Project website and complete an entry form.

Over 300 people have already entered, so interested parties should enter as soon as possible.
