Aiken, South Carolina – The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Shiloh Heights Road area for a stabbing.
The sheriff’s office responded to a disturbance on Shiloh Heights Road on Sunday afternoon after someone was stabbed, according to authorities.
Officials say the sheriff’s office has set up a perimeter and is still looking for the suspect.
Deputies say the patient is currently being treated.
