Robeson County, North Carolina – A gunshot in Pembroke on Sunday morning killed one person, according to Sheriff Burnis Wilkins.
It occurred shortly before 2:30 a.m. on the 6000 block of North Chicken Road. Deputies came to find Jada K. Sanderson, 23, deceased on the scene. Authorities reported that a person of interest had been discovered.
