The Spartanburg Police Department has launched a new Community Outreach Program in 2025 as part of its broader effort to strengthen trust and collaboration between officers and residents across the city. The Community Outreach Program aims to make law enforcement more accessible and transparent by emphasizing community partnerships, youth involvement, and neighborhood presence. The program’s objectives include:

These include the annual Sirens & Santa holiday drive, which provides gifts and support for children in underserved communities , and participation in National Night Out events this October, designed to promote solidarity between police and community groups through family-friendly gatherings.
