North Charleston, South Carolina – Detectives in North Charleston detained a guy in connection with a fatal shooting on Piedmont Avenue on October 2.
Eric Malloy Mitchell, 28, was arrested Monday, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
He is accused of shooting and killing Jamichael Blair, 26, of Goose Creek.
Mitchell is charged with murder, attempted murder, armed robbery with a dangerous weapon, possessing a weapon during a violent crime, selling or delivering a firearm, and possessing marijuana with the intent to distribute.
He is being incarcerated in the Al Cannon Detention Center.
