South Carolina boutique owner Pamela Brooke Schronce, 30, of Belton, has been arrested again—this time as her 16th arrest in 2026—over accusations she scammed customers connected to her baby‑clothing business, Thomas & Turner Boutique.
What she is accused of
Schronce was arrested on April 6 in Oconee County and charged with two counts of breach of trust with fraudulent intent after two customers said they paid for items but never received their orders. The business advertises itself as a “boutique for trendy little babies” offering custom‑designed clothing, primarily through online and social‑media sales.
Pattern of complaints
In Oconee County, one woman reported placing seven online orders between October 2024 and March 2025, totaling nearly $500, and repeatedly asking Schronce for refunds, which never came. Another woman said she pre‑ordered matching children’s outfits in December 2024, received only a small $73.02 gift‑card refund months later, and then used that card for new items that also never arrived after the business shut down.
Wider scam allegations and arrests
State‑wide reports say Schronce has been accused of defrauding dozens of customers out of more than $10,000, leading to multiple felony charges in several counties for obtaining goods under false pretenses and related fraud‑type offenses. She was on her 15th arrest earlier on April 2 in Greenville County, and after the April 6 Oconee arrest she was moved from Greenville County detention to the Oconee County Detention Center.
Current status of the business
The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office has stated that Thomas & Turner Boutique is now closed, meaning customers can no longer place orders or use outstanding gift‑card balances. Authorities continue to investigate as more alleged victims come forward, and Schronce has not publicly responded to repeated media requests for comment.
