A 17-year-old from Dillon is in custody after authorities say he fired into an occupied vehicle earlier this month in Marion County.
Charges Filed Against Suspect
According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Douglas Isaiah Ford has been charged with attempted murder in connection with the April 4 incident.
Details of the Incident
Deputies said the shooting occurred on Rhedin Road in Marion County. Authorities have not released additional details about what led up to the incident.

Suspect in Custody
