The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department located the guardians of a young boy who was found Saturday evening in north Charlotte.
Police said the child was discovered around 7 p.m. near the intersection of Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road and Rozelles Ferry Road. He identified himself as Bryson Usher Daniel and appeared to be between nine and 12 years old. The boy told officers he may have been born on May 3 but was unsure of the year.
Reunited With Guardians
At the time he was found, the child was wearing black Nike shoes, black socks, blue Under Armour sweatpants, and a red jacket over a blue hoodie.
Around 9:30 a.m. Sunday, CMPD confirmed that the boy’s guardians had been located and that he was safely reunited with them. No further details were immediately released.
