AVM Group has announced plans to establish its national headquarters in Charleston County. The company will invest around $5 million into the project, showing strong confidence in the region’s future.

The new headquarters will be built on Wingo Way in Mount Pleasant and will cover approximately 12,000 square feet.

This development is expected to create around 30 new jobs. These roles will support key functions such as:

Support from Local Leadership

Mount Pleasant Mayor Will Haynie welcomed the project, saying it brings quality jobs and thoughtful development to the area.

The project has also received support from the Coordinating Council for Economic Development, which approved job development credits and provided a $200,000 grant to help with construction and site preparation.

Operations Expected by 2027

The new headquarters is expected to become operational by 2027. Once ready, it will serve as a central hub for the company’s leadership and innovation efforts.

It will also support operations at AVM Group’s existing facility in Ohio.
