Downtown Anderson, S.C., transforms into a vehicle showcase today, March 21, with the Junior League of Anderson County’s Trucks of Main event featuring hands-on access to fire engines, farm equipment, police cars, and construction gear.

Road closures on Whitner Street and part of South Main Street run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with the main activities from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The first hour (10-11 a.m.) is silent for a sensory-friendly experience, ideal for families and children to explore, take photos, and climb aboard.
