One person was taken to the hospital following a two-car crash in Greer, South Carolina, on Saturday morning.
Emergency Crews Respond to Scene
According to the Greer Fire Department, crews were dispatched to the crash near the intersection of Wade Hampton Road and Middleton Way around 8:43 a.m.
Injuries and Road Conditions
Officials said no one was trapped inside the vehicles. However, one individual was transported to a hospital by EMS for further treatment.
Eastbound lanes on Wade Hampton Boulevard were temporarily closed for approximately 30 minutes while crews worked the scene.
Scene Cleared
Authorities confirmed that the roadway has since reopened and the scene has been cleared.
