A Seabrook man has been arrested in connection with the September 7 Burton shooting

On Thursday, September 11, 2025, just before midnight, Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) deputies identified and detained Theodore Lamont Frazier, Jr., 23, of Seabrook.

Frazier was arrested on outstanding charges for aggravated breach of peace and pointing and exhibiting a handgun. He is currently being held in the Beaufort County Detention Center.
According to the BCSO, the charges arise from an incident that occurred shortly before 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 7, when deputies responded to Milledge Village Road in Burton after receiving a complaint of shots fired. Fortunately, no one was hurt during the incident.
During the inquiry, Frazier was identified as the culprit, and arrest warrants were issued for him.
