A deadly pedestrian crash occurred Tuesday morning in Ware Shoals, S.C., involving 72-year-old Timothy Allen Goldman of Ninety Six. The Greenwood County Coroner’s Office ruled his death accidental after he was struck by a 1997 Chevrolet pickup truck on southbound Highway 25 near the 7800 block around 6:30 a.m.

Both the pedestrian and the truck driver were traveling southbound at the time of the incident. No charges are expected against the driver, per the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
