James Island, South Carolina — Looking for a sneak glimpse at James Island’s Holiday Festival of Lights? Here is how!
The Holiday Festival of Lights Fun Run and Walk will be held at James Island County Park on Wednesday, November 12 and Thursday, November 13, giving runners and walkers of all experience levels the opportunity to see this year’s light displays before the festival begins on November 14.
The run and stroll is two miles long and not competitive. Socialized dogs on short, non-retractable leashes are welcome; retractable leashes are not permitted. The track accommodates wheelchairs and strollers, but bicycles, skateboards, roller skates/blades, and scooters are not permitted.
The event is likely to sell out, therefore registration is needed. Tickets are $38 per vehicle, and anyone interested should get at the park by 6 p.m., as the park gates close at 6:30. For more information or to sign up, please click here or contact 843-795-4386.
