Charleston County, South Carolina — The Charleston County Coroner’s Office has identified the man killed in a late-September automobile crash on South Carolina Highway 174.
Deputy Coroner Brittney Martin said that John Singleton, 65, of Edisto Island, died from “blunt force injuries” sustained in the crash at 7:19 p.m.
The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the crash.
