Charleston, South Carolina, is hosting its annual Half Marathon on Saturday morning, with road closures impacting local traffic.

The race starts at 7 a.m. near Burke High School and finishes near RiverDogs Stadium after covering 13.1 miles. Closures begin at 6:30 a.m. and last until 11 a.m. to accommodate runners on city streets.
