North Charleston police charged 18-year-old Jesus Gregorio Solis Olguin and an unnamed juvenile with first-degree assault and battery following an armed attack reported on the 7000 block of Stall Road.

Incident Details

Officers arrived just before 5 p.m. to find a victim who reported prior threats and gunfire from a group of teens and young men. That day, three armed men allegedly exited a truck at his home, racked their firearms, and struck him multiple times in the chest—no visible injuries were noted.

Arrests

Solis Olguin, a North Charleston resident with prior charges including reckless driving and assault on an officer from a December 2025 high-speed chase, was booked into Charleston County Detention Center. The youth was placed with the Charleston County Department of Juvenile Justice.
