North Charleston, South Carolina – The North Charleston Police Department is appealing for the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager.
Jose Gutierrez Roberto, 17, was last seen Tuesday near Alston Avenue, according to police.
Roberto is 5’6″ tall, weighs 135 pounds, and has black hair with a crimson stripe down the middle.
He was last seen in gray slacks, a white shirt, and black shoes with white stripes.
