North Charleston, South Carolina – A Berkeley County man was detained on Sunday after allegedly causing a four-vehicle crash that seriously injured a motorcyclist, according to the North Charleston Police Department.

Around 5 p.m. on Sunday, officers from the North Charleston Police Department responded to the intersection of Dorchester Road and Gwinnett Street. They discovered a severely injured man laying on the road.
