North Charleston, South Carolina – A guy was arrested on Wednesday after allegedly pointing a gun at his neighbors during an argument.
Officers from the North Charleston Police Department responded to an apartment complex on Plantation Road following complaints of a firearm-related incident.
At the scene, witnesses reported that the suspect, 51-year-old Andrew Winters, leaned over a fence dividing porches and began ranting and waving a pink revolver in a menacing manner.
Police say they discovered the gun under Winters’ porch. He was detained on charges of pointing and displaying a handgun.
Winters was transported to the Al Cannon Detention Center. There were no injuries recorded.
