Public Safety officials reported the following affected areas:
E Ashley Ave (between 2nd St and Arctic Ave)
Center St (near Hudson Ave)
Portions of W Cooper Ave
UPDATE: The intersection of Center St and Ashley Ave has since reopened.
Emergency crews remain on-site until conditions improve. Drivers are advised to avoid flooded areas and plan alternate routes.
