Fleet Landing will introduce Thanksgiving-inspired oysters

Charleston, South Carolina – Have you ever tried the Thanksgiving oyster? In November, guests at a riverfront Charleston restaurant will be able to try some.

Beginning November 14, Fleet Landing will debut a new Thanksgiving-inspired oyster series.

The three-course oyster flight includes pairings that recreate traditional Christmas favorites with a Lowcountry twist.

Guests can sample the Thanksgiving Tart, the Thursday Classic, and the Sweet Potato Pie.

The Thanksgiving Tart consists of a cranberry reduction with arugula crème fraiche and wasabi tobiko.

The Thursday Classic is a salty oyster topped with roasted turkey, sage gravy, turkey cracklin’, and crunchy collards.

Finally, the Sweet Potato Pie has candied sweet potato puree, crushed graham crackers, and brûléed honey fluff.

The whole Thanksgiving oyster flight will be available through the end of November.
