CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. — Emergency crews are responding Thursday morning to a crash near railroad tracks in West Ashley. The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office responded to a collision with injury on Sanders Road near the train tracks shortly after 2 a.m. and was still on the scene at 6 a.m.
Traffic Disruptions and Vehicle Diversions
Due to the ongoing response, vehicles are being turned around on both sides of Sanders Road, causing disruptions to traffic flow in the area. Drivers are advised to avoid the location and seek alternative routes.
