The Dorchester County Coroner identified 32-year-old Rachel Lynn Fordyce as the woman found dead in her Summerville home. She was pronounced deceased at 6:35 a.m. on March 10, though the estimated time of death was the evening of March 9.
Suspect Charged
Authorities charged 50-year-old Richard Paul Dandridge with murder in connection with Fordyce’s death. An autopsy was conducted on March 12 at the Medical University of South Carolina.
