North Charleston, South Carolina – North Charleston police arrested and accused a man for feeding his 16-year-old relative THC-infused candy.
Javen Lee, 23, has been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
North Charleston police arrived to a Constitution Avenue residence on Monday after receiving a report from the teen’s grandmother.
Officers said the adolescent was lethargic and seemed to be under the effects of drugs.
Field testing proved that the gummies included cannabis, and investigators claim the package clearly stated not to give the product to youngsters.
Lee was booked in the Al Cannon Detention Center.
