Lowcountry locals have several community events lined up in early February across Beaufort, Jasper, and Hampton counties, including memorials, vigils, and kid-friendly activities.

  • Four Chaplains Ceremony: February 3 at 10 a.m., Veterans Memorial at Buckwalter Place (American Legion Bluffton Post 205). Honors WWII chaplains who sacrificed life vests on the torpedoed USS Dorchester; open to public.​
