Berkeley County, South Carolina – One person died and another was injured when two vehicles collided near Goose Creek, state troopers said Friday.
At about 6:11 p.m., a 2018 Toyota Tacoma traveling east on US 176 collided with a 2016 Honda CRV traveling west at the Radcliff Road intersection.
Both drivers were transported to a nearby hospital. According to Lance Cpl. Brittany Glover, the driver of the CRV died at the hospital due to injuries.
The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office has yet to identify the deceased. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the collision.
