Charleston, South Carolina – According to Charleston police, three people were hospitalized after a collision involving two automobiles on Monday afternoon.
Charleston County dispatchers stated the crash occurred at 3:25 p.m. on Magwood Drive near the Home Depot.
According to Sgt. Chris Stinson, EMS transported three victims from the site. The degree of the injuries was not immediately clear.
According to witnesses, the incident looked to involve two pickup trucks.
A stretch of Magwood Drive between Paul Cantrell Boulevard and Charlie Hall Boulevard was closed while police investigated the area.
As of 4:15 p.m., police were still on scene.
