The North Charleston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Rickey Omar Swinton, 39, who is wanted in connection with an active investigation involving first-degree criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Swinton’s whereabouts to submit a tip through the Crimewatch app, which allows for anonymous submissions. The police are also encouraging Swinton to surrender to any local law enforcement agency to help close the case.
Anyone with information is asked to come forward and assist in bringing the investigation to a close.
