Mrs. Wilhelmina Morrison, one of Charleston County’s newest centenarians, turned 100 on October 28th.
According to the Morrison family, Mrs. Wilhelmina was born in 1925.
She is the widow of Mr. Leroy Morrison, the owner and operator of George’s Shoe Repair in downtown Charleston.
Mr. and Mrs. Morrison were married for 76 years, until his death at the age of 97 in 2023.
The family is commemorating a century of her love, blessings, and legacy.
