Folly Beach’s annual Sea and Sand Festival has been postponed because of expected खराब weather conditions. Organizers announced that the event, originally planned for this weekend, has been moved to Feb. 28 to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for attendees, vendors, performers, and participants.

New Dates and Event Details Announced

Salty Saturday will now take place on Center Street from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Feb. 28, featuring more than 85 artisan and food vendors, live music, and a dedicated kids’ area. The popular sand sculpting competition is scheduled for Sunday, March 1. Festival hours remain 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with Center Street closed to traffic from 7 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

Tickets, Road Closures and Admission Information

Advance tickets are available for $10, while admission at the gate will cost $15. Entry is free for Folly Beach residents who present a valid driver’s license. Organizers encourage visitors to plan ahead for road closures and arrive early to enjoy the full day of activities.
