A Summerville man, Pierre Da’Quawn Ste’von Rashaad Greene-Smalls, was arrested on Wednesday after a lengthy investigation by local law enforcement led to a significant drug bust in Dorchester County, South Carolina. According to the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office, Greene-Smalls was found with 16 grams of cocaine following a traffic stop conducted by the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office.
Details of the Arrest and Search
The investigation, which was led by the Metro Narcotics unit and involved detectives from both the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office and the Summerville Police Department, culminated in the discovery of drugs at Greene-Smalls’ residence on Cotton Hope Lane. After the traffic stop, deputies obtained a search warrant for his home and found large quantities of drugs and a weapon. The search uncovered two kilograms of methamphetamine, 12 ounces of cocaine, 48 grams of crack cocaine, and a revolver.
Charges and Legal Consequences
Greene-Smalls, 37, is facing serious charges, including trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking cocaine base, and trafficking cocaine. He was booked into the Hill-Finklea Detention Center, where he awaits further legal proceedings.
