Folly Beach, South Carolina, has installed a red Santa mailbox at 106 W. Cooper Avenue between City Hall and the Public Safety building, allowing children to send letters to Santa Claus at his Workshop for potential replies from the North Pole.
Submission Details
Letters must include a return address and should be dropped off between December 1 and December 19 (or by December 18 per some announcements) to give elves time to process wish lists before Christmas Eve. City officials promote this holiday tradition via social media and local announcements to engage families.
