Charleston, South Carolina – The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office tells News 2 that a short chase ensued this morning after a car was reported stolen.
According to the agency, units approached the stolen vehicle and the suspect fled. The chase stopped around the 2500 block of Clements Ferry Road.
The suspect exited the vehicle and fled on foot, and deputies are still hunting for him, according to the agency.
