Goose Creek, South Carolina. An alum of Bravo’s “Southern Charm” was convicted and punished on Friday after being caught driving under the influence last year in South Carolina.
Kathyrn Dennis, 34, was sentenced to 30 days in the Berkeley County Jail on Friday.
Dennis was engaged in a three-vehicle collision on May 20, 2024.
According to the incident report, when officers arrived at the crash scene, bystanders reported that Dennis appeared to be inebriated and that they smelled alcohol on her. When the responding cops approached, they saw Dennis had shiny eyes.
According to the complaint, authorities discovered an unopened mini-Fireball bottle on Dennis’ driver’s side floorboard, as well as an empty pink tumbler.
The responding officer approached Dennis and stated that he too smelled alcohol emanating from her. The officer inquired whether Dennis had been drinking or using medicine, to which she replied, “No.”
While at the detention center, the officer stated that Dennis acknowledged to them that she had consumed alcohol ‘far earlier’, despite her first denial.
Dennis starred in the reality show from 2014 to 2022. It follows Charleston socialites as they deal with life, relationships, and drama.
