North Charleston, South Carolina – Authorities are investigating a Thanksgiving Day gunshot that injured a woman.
Officers from the North Charleston Police Department were summoned to an address on Dorchester Road shortly before noon Thursday for a suspected gunshot.
When the cops arrived on the site, they discovered a girl with a gunshot wound and gunfire-damaged property.
Police say the woman was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
There have been no arrests made. The investigation is underway.
