A 37-year-old man tragically lost his life following a motorcycle crash over the weekend in North Charleston, according to the Charleston County Coroner’s Office.

The incident occurred on Saturday morning at around 2:14 a.m. when Kenneth Washington, the motorcyclist, was involved in a single-vehicle collision on Interstate 526 eastbound, near the Interstate 26 on-ramp westbound. Washington was pronounced dead at the scene due to the injuries sustained during the crash.
